中評社台北9月17日電／美國在台協會(AIT)今天上午轉發美國國務院發言人歐塔加斯（Morgan Ortagus）聲明表示，美國國務院次卿柯拉克（Keith Krach）將來台，參加9月19日李登輝的追思告別禮拜。美國將緬懷李登輝的遺志，透過共享的政治和經濟價值，持續維繫與台灣及台灣活躍民主體制的深刻情誼。
